Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. (MDC Telecom), is an AI-based 5G application service and Industrial Internet service provider.

MDC was established in April 2001 with the registered capital of 50,000,000 CNY. After the development of more than 20 years, our business has covered 15 provinces and collaborated with several other telecom operators to establish call centers. Additionally, we have research and product center in Shanghai, where we have technical developing capabilities with more than 2 decades experience. And we also have plenty of business centers, technology teams and operation teams around the country.

Our business development has been based on the application of new technologies and communication technologies, which has created our 4 major business systems: 5G personal services, 5G enterprise services, intelligent marketing platforms, cloud and VR platforms, since MDC established 20 years ago. Leveraging traditional communication capabilities, technology, data, and platform advantages, combined with mobile Internet commercial modes, MDC provides enterprises and individuals with products and services based on new technologies and communication technologies, as well as AI/5G+ industrial Internet services, from three levels: business, service, and marketing.

Chairman Li Zhisheng

Graduated from Zhejiang University and the International Business School of Hunan University with a Master's degree in Business Administration, currently serving as the Chairman of Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. He is a corporate member of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, a senior member of the China Institute of Communications, a member of the TMT Expert Committee of Zhongguancun Angel One Hundred, and the Vice President of the Zhongguancun Association of Private Technology Entrepreneurs. He enjoys a special government allowance issued by the State Council.
Previously, he served as Executive Director and China President of Guoxun International Co., Ltd., Director of Hunan Post and Telecommunication Technology Center, Director and Deputy Chief Engineer of Changsha Telecom Bureau, and Executive Director of Hunan Electromagnetic Compatibility Society.

CEO Wang Qinrui

Graduated from Zhejiang University with a major in Computer Applications, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of our company. Joined MDC in March 2002, served as the Director of the Voice Business Unit, Director of the Product Center, and General Manager of the Zhejiang Branch. Appointed Vice President of the company in January 2013, Chief Operating Officer in January 2016, and Chief Executive Officer in April 2021.

Senior Vice President Chen Hong

Mr. Chen Hong graduated from Hunan University of Economics and Management. He joined MDC in July 2003 and was appointed as Vice President in August 2005. Previously, he held various positions within the company, including Director of the Voice Business Unit and Director of Business Development, being responsible for the overall marketing, engineering implementation, and product planning of the company's Voice Communication product. He successfully launched the "Voice Communication" service in 16 provinces and cities, including Beijing, Chongqing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Sichuan. From 1998 to 1999, he served as Vice General Manager of Beijing Guowang Xun Tong Data Communication Technology Co., Ltd. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Chen worked at the Changsha Telecom Bureau in Hunan Province, where he held positions such as software engineer, Deputy Director of the New Technology Development Department, and Director of the Computer Center.

Major Events

In May 2019, in order to strengthen cooperation in the field of 5G, accelerate the commercialization of 5G, and promote 5G technology innovation, MDC Telecom signed a memorandum of cooperation with China Telecom.
In March 2019, MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. was recognized as a Vice President Unit of the Zhongguancun Private Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Association.
In October 2018, Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of Enterprise Member of the Seventh Council of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI).
In March 2017, Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the "2017-2018 China Unicom Information Navigation Co., Ltd. Information System Development and Related Services".
In November 2016, Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. obtained the Publication Operation License.
In October 2016, Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Telecom for the marketing of big data products.
In April 2016, Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. entered into a strategic cooperation for mobile advertising with Guangyin Network.
In January 2016, Communication Assistant reached an agreement with Telecom Group Haobai.
In July 2015, Hang-up SMS reached an agreement with Telecom Group Haobai.
In January 2015, the "Call Customer" service was launched. This service is built on a big data cloud platform and provides integrated contact center solutions for telephone agent services and social media contact services.
In January 2014, the "Kutas" business was officially launched and put into operation. This business is an online collaborative office cloud platform aimed at promoting the informatization process for small and medium-sized enterprises with mobile office as its main theme.
In September 2013, we obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO27001 Information Security Management System certifications.
In January 2013, the "Hang-up SMS" service was officially launched and operated, helping clients enhance the value of mobile advertising based on voice entry.
In September 2012, the hardware product "V Vision" was launched, enabling the streaming information sharing and push between smartphones and smart TVs.
In October 2011, while continuously expanding its business, the company actively participated in social welfare activities. It contributed to fundraising efforts for "Saving the Yangtze Glaciers" and took part in the initiative to "Rescue Bar-headed Geese"."救助斑头雁"的行动。
In November 2010, the company signed a contract with Beijing Unicom for the "Integrated Secretary Platform" service.
In October 2009, the company signed a contract with Sichuan Telecom for the "C Network Secretary" service and was honored with the "Excellent Cooperation Award" by Sichuan Telecom.
In May 2009, employees of the company donated to 600 students at Luoshui Middle School in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, out of compassion.
In October 2008, the company signed contracts for various services including "C Network Secretary" and "Financial Secretary" with China Telecom's Haobai division.

In December 2006, we launched the instant messaging tool "mTalk," which attracted over 3 million users by the end of the year.
In May 2005, we signed a contract with Shandong Netcom for the "Fixed-line Secretary" service, making Shandong the first branch office covered by the "Voice Message" service across the province.
In August 2004, we signed a contract with Hunan Post for the "Post Message" service, becoming the first service provider in China to operate SMS services for postal savings and remittances.
In August 2003, we obtained the national telecommunications value-added service operation license and launched mobile network services.
In May 2003, the "Yuxuntong" service was officially launched and put into operation.
In July 2002, the Shanghai branch was established, and later that year, the first domestic SMS MUD game "Jianghu" was launched.
In June 2001, the first national subsidiary was established in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
In April 2001, Beijing MDC Telecom Co., Ltd. was established.
